These Terms of Service govern your use of deluxekonsignment.com, including the purchase of digital products (eBooks, toolkits, and templates), enrollment in online courses, and engagement of Deluxe Konsignment LLC’s procurement advisory services.
1. Our Services
Digital products & online courses. Deluxe Konsignment provides downloadable digital products (eBooks, toolkits, and templates) and online courses, delivered through this website via WooCommerce and Tutor LMS.
Procurement advisory services. Deluxe Konsignment also provides procurement advisory and sourcing services to business clients in the USA and Nigeria. These engagements are scoped and contracted separately from purchases made on this website.
Flagged for review: the previous Terms of Service described procurement sourcing and physical delivery as the company’s core, and only, service. Since this website now primarily sells digital products and courses, this section has been restructured to describe both lines of business side by side. Please confirm this reflects how Deluxe Konsignment actually operates today.
2. Account Registration
Creating a customer account (WooCommerce) or student account (Tutor LMS) requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment
Digital products and courses are paid for at checkout through our website’s payment gateway. Procurement advisory clients are responsible for timely payment in accordance with the applicable invoice or engagement agreement.
4. Digital Product & Course Access
Digital products and course access are delivered electronically following successful payment. No physical shipping is involved for these purchases. See our Delivery Information page for details.
5. Procurement Advisory Orders
For procurement advisory and sourcing engagements, we make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but are not liable for delays arising from supplier issues, customs delays, or transportation disruptions outside our control.
6. Client & Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from using our services for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Konsignment disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
Deluxe Konsignment reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at any time and without notice.
9. Governing Law
Pending business/legal-owner decision: the previous Terms of Service left the governing jurisdiction as an unfilled bracket placeholder. No governing jurisdiction is stated below, since none could be established from verified company information — Deluxe Konsignment has registered entities in more than one country (Delaware, USA and elsewhere). The business owner or legal counsel should specify the governing jurisdiction before this page is treated as final and legally binding.
