This policy explains how Deluxe Konsignment handles personal data when you visit deluxekonsignment.com, buy an eBook, toolkit, template or course, create an account, contact us, or work with us on a procurement or sourcing engagement.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Deluxe Konsignment LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 74 E Glenwood Ave, Unit #5400, Smyrna, Delaware 19977, United States, which runs deluxekonsignment.com and sells to all customers.
Because the LLC is based outside the EU, it has appointed its Dutch affiliate Deluxe Konsignment, Twekkelerweg 333, 7554 SC Hengelo, the Netherlands (KVK 91282977), as its representative in the EU under GDPR Article 27. You can contact our EU representative at info@deluxekonsignment.com. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Deluxe Konsignment LLC.
For any privacy question or request, email info@deluxekonsignment.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not required to.
2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

Our card processor handles your full card details on its own systems. We never see or store full card numbers.
You need to give us the details marked as required at checkout, because we cannot complete an order or give you access without them. Everything else is optional.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell your data.
3. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- website hosting and maintenance providers;
- our card payment processor;
- Automattic (Jetpack and WooCommerce Analytics, site security and statistics);
- email delivery and contact-form tools;
- suppliers, carriers and customs agents, for procurement engagements only;
- our accountants and professional advisers;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
If the business is sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under this policy.
4. International transfers
We work with teams and providers in the Netherlands, the United States and Nigeria, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the cart, checkout, login and your cookie choices. We use analytics only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings icon on every page. Our analytics are Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics, both provided by Automattic; they are not loaded at all until you accept analytical cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use any right, email us. We will reply within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the authority in your own EU country. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, login protection and backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
9. Children
Our products are for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Marketing emails
We send marketing emails, such as news about new guides and courses, only to people who have asked to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@deluxekonsignment.com. Unsubscribing does not stop emails about your orders, account or security.
Our newsletter sign-up is not active yet, so we do not currently collect email addresses for marketing. When it goes live, we will name the email service we use in this section.
11. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites and services. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility, so please read their privacy policies when you use them.
12. Changes
We will post any change here with a new “Last updated” date, and email account holders about significant changes.
