Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Deluxe Konsignment LLC (“Deluxe Konsignment,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit deluxekonsignment.com, purchase digital products (eBooks, toolkits, or templates), enroll in an online course, create a customer or student account, or engage our procurement advisory services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact details — name, address, phone number, email address, and similar contact information.
  • Professional information — company name and job title, where provided (e.g. through the procurement advisory enquiry form).
  • Account information — your WooCommerce customer account and Tutor LMS student account details, including order history and course enrollment/progress.
  • Payment information — processed at checkout through our payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Website usage data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through Google Analytics (via the MonsterInsights plugin).

Flagged for review: our previous Privacy Policy stated that we collect “bank account details and other payment-related information” directly from clients. That statement dates from an earlier procurement-invoicing process. It has not been carried forward here, since checkout on this website runs through a payment gateway rather than direct bank-detail collection. If Deluxe Konsignment’s procurement advisory engagements still involve collecting client bank details directly (e.g. for invoicing), that should be confirmed and reinstated by the business owner.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain our services, including processing digital product purchases and course enrollments.
  • To fulfill orders and deliver purchased digital products and course access.
  • To communicate with you about your orders, courses, or procurement advisory enquiries.
  • To maintain and improve the website and our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of parties as necessary to operate the website and deliver our services:

  • WooCommerce (Automattic) — powers our online store, order processing, and customer accounts.
  • Tutor LMS (Themeum) — powers course delivery, enrollment, and student accounts.
  • Our payment gateway provider — processes payment transactions at checkout.
  • Google Analytics, via MonsterInsights — collects website usage analytics.
  • Where required by law, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or with your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw from marketing communications, and object to certain processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies to support core functionality (such as your cart and account login) and website analytics. A cookie consent banner lets you manage non-essential cookies, and you can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. International Data Transfers

Deluxe Konsignment operates across the United States, the Netherlands, and Nigeria. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside.
