1. Digital Products

All products sold by Deluxe Konsignment are digital downloadable materials, including premium business e-books and proprietary consulting frameworks.

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are considered final.


2. No Refunds After Access

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or made available through the customer dashboard, refunds will not be issued.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The product is a digital download
  • Delivery occurs immediately after payment confirmation
  • No physical goods are shipped
  • Access constitutes fulfillment

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate charges for the same order
  • Technical failure preventing access to purchased content (that cannot be resolved by our support team)
  • Payment processing errors

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include the order number and payment confirmation.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

If a customer believes their card was used without authorization, they must contact their issuing bank immediately.

All transactions processed through our platform may be subject to 3D Secure authentication and bank-level verification.


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions before purchase
  • Ensuring compatibility with their device
  • Providing accurate contact information at checkout

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to review product details
  • Inability to use the content due to personal preference
